The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP)
This test provides a detailed personal snapshot that enables leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviours and mindset enabling or constraining my leadership impact and performance?” The LCP measures Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, combining leadership’s inner and outer attributes to give the leader greater insight into how they are perceived, including strengths and challenges in their leadership effectiveness.
The HBDI®
This is an instrument developed from an understanding of neuroscience. It provides a validated positive and inclusive way to identify our thinking preferences. This one-to-one coaching is customised to your personal needs, goals and skills. Using evidence-based strategies within a warm and caring coach / client relationship, Insight Coaching will equip, educate, challenge, and cheer you on to reach your ambitions.

This service will suit you if you are undergoing a shift in direction, preparing for a promotion, or redefining your skill set and value and want to work with a coach to set and achieve a longer-term goal.
